Restorative Heat

Infrared Sauna Blanket

A private, cocoon-like heat experience designed for rest and relaxation.

What it is

Consistent warmth while you rest.

An infrared sauna blanket is a heated wrap used while lying down. Infrared energy is converted to heat in the body and surrounding materials, creating a warm environment that often leads to perspiration.

Clients typically wear recommended clothing, settle into the blanket and rest while staff monitor comfort and follow the device’s time and temperature guidance.

Before

Arrive hydrated, avoid alcohol and discuss health conditions or medications that affect heat tolerance or sweating.

During

Heat should feel tolerable—not overwhelming. Tell staff immediately about dizziness, nausea, headache, weakness or discomfort.

After

Cool down gradually, replace fluids and give yourself time to enjoy the relaxed, refreshed feeling that can follow a warming session.

Why clients enjoy infrared warmth

Consistent heat can encourage relaxation, support circulation and help stiff or tired muscles feel more comfortable. The cocoon-like setting also creates a private place to unplug, perspire and settle into a restorative pause that can leave you feeling refreshed.

When to avoid heat or ask first

Check with a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular or kidney disease, low blood pressure, impaired sensation, difficulty regulating body temperature, an acute illness or take medicines that affect sweating or hydration. Do not use while intoxicated, dehydrated or feverish.
