Guided Mind-Body Relaxation

BrainTap

An immersive audio-and-light experience created to make guided relaxation easier to settle into.

How the experience works

Guided audio, music and rhythmic light.

BrainTap sessions use headphones or a headset with guided audio, layered music and rhythmic light patterns. You remain comfortably seated or reclined while following a selected program.

The experience is intended as a structured relaxation or meditation tool. It is not a brain scan, diagnostic test, psychotherapy service or medical treatment.

Before

Choose a program that fits your goal, get comfortable and let staff know about light sensitivity or relevant health concerns.

During

You may hear spoken guidance, music and tones while the headset produces changing light patterns. You can stop at any time.

After

Give yourself a moment to reorient before driving or returning to tasks, especially if the session leaves you very relaxed.

A simple way to create intentional calm

BrainTap makes guided relaxation easy to step into by combining spoken guidance, immersive sound and rhythmic light in one comfortable experience. Clients often choose it to quiet distractions, support meditation, create a mental reset or wind down as part of a healthy evening routine.

Who should check first

Because the headset uses pulsing light, ask a healthcare professional before use if you have epilepsy or a seizure history, migraines or symptoms triggered by flashing light, a neurological condition, significant light sensitivity or an implanted medical device. Stop if you feel dizzy, nauseated, anxious or unwell.
